Lightweight with maximum payload capacity
The ASDS is based on the proven design of the Nooteboom OSDS semi low-loader from the SMART programme. Thanks to its strong yet lightweight construction, the tare weight is only approximately 6,700 kg, including hydraulic loading ramps. As a result, you benefit from a maximum payload capacity of up to 33 tonnes at low speed and 25.8 tonnes at 90 km/h. With a loaded loadingbed height of only 860 mm, the ASDS is also perfectly suited for transporting taller machines and other high loads.
Comfortable and manoeuvrable at every location
Thanks to its compact design and self-steering rear axle, you can easily manoeuvre on confined construction sites and hard-to-reach locations. Reversing is equally effortless, as the self-steering axle is automatically locked. The standard air suspension with a suspension travel of 200 mm also provides excellent driving comfort and additional flexibility during loading and unloading operations.

Suitable for virtually any towing vehicle
The ASDS drawbar trailer is equipped with a variable drawbar and an interchangeable towing eye, allowing the trailer to be easily matched to different towing vehicles and tippers. Thanks to the choice of various towing eye diameters, coupling heights and drawbar lengths, the trailer can be widely used in international transport operations.
Efficient loading and unloading
The long rear loadingbed slope in combination with hydraulically operated loading ramps ensures a minimal loading angle. This allows you to load and unload machinery safely and efficiently. As an option, both the loading ramps and the loadingbed widening can be operated hydraulically via remote control. For additional safety, the trailer is equipped with fold-out support legs and patented 8,000 daN lashing rings, allowing machinery and equipment to be secured optimally.
